PEC Minerals LP (formerly Sempra Energy Production Company), is the owner of approximately 3.1 million gross acres and 551,000 net mineral acres covering 31 states. PEC also owns the executive rights to the Sabine Royalty Trust (SRT) mineral acreage. The SRT acreage consists of 2.1 million gross acres and 217,000 net mineral acres in 6 states. Over eighty percent of PEC and SRT minerals are located within proven oil and gas producing basins.

PEC is actively seeking alliances with experienced and reliable operators to explore and develop our mineral acreage. We have entered into a large number of oil and gas agreements in a variety of plays and basins. These include Joint Operating Agreements covering all or a portion of our acreage for participation, oil and gas leases, seismic permits, and exploration agreements. In many provinces, it is our desire to maximize and develop our mineral spread by participating as a non operating working interest owner. We welcome proposals and request that operators submit exploration plans along with company background information.
